Overview
Partner Claim Services is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team This is a part-time, in-office position (18–24 hours per week).
The team at Partner Claims provides administrative support for insurance adjusters who represent policyholders. A client services representative, or CSR, provides administrative support and day to day interactions with clients and insurance companies to assist clients and support the claims process. This process begins with explaining the services to clients and guiding them through each step of the claims process. In the intake and engagement role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, enter new client information into the claims management system, and follow up with clients and contractors whenever additional information is needed to move the claim forward.
Throughout the process, the CSR will complete and submit required paperwork, and document conversations and the state of each claim that we support. You will serve as the key component of the claims process, ensuring that it moves forward efficiently and each client is provided the optimal service to support a fair review.
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. This position requires a balance of patience, empathy, and effective communications skills when interacting with clients and insurance representatives. To be successful you must be organized and able to efficiently document your day to day interactions with all parties. An effective CSR is comfortable respectfully requesting updates and scheduling key meetings with insurance company representatives and can efficiently provide updates on claims to clients and adjusters. As a CSR you must be comfortable following procedures and understand when it's necessary to ask for guidance to support clients. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service with all interactions, both with clients and insurance representatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professional phone etiquette
- Answer and direct calls using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous customer support
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks such as calendar management, bookkeeping, and report preparation
- Support office management activities including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping functions as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors both in person and over the phone
- Maintain organized office files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support personal assistant duties or medical/dental receptionist responsibilities as required by the role
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills
- Previous experience in office management, customer service, or healthcare reception (medical or dental) is advantageous
- Demonstrated computer literacy and organizational skills to streamline office workflows
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
