Washington Glass Fabrication is a fast-growing glass tempering and fabrication facility serving the Mid-Atlantic commercial glazing market. We are committed to quality, speed, and service—and we're looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint and build lasting relationships with glazing contractors, shower enclosure companies, and commercial builders.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business development and strengthen existing client relationships. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their accounts, communicates effectively, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new accounts, focusing on commercial glaziers, shower door companies, and demountable wall vendors
- Build relationships with decision-makers through in-person visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
- Travel required for in person customer visits. (Company vehicle will be provided)
- Develop a working knowledge of our fabrication capabilities, pricing, and lead times
- Track and report on sales activity using our internal SharePoint CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quotes are accurate and service expectations are met
- Monitor market trends and report customer feedback to leadership
Qualifications:
- 5+ years preferred in outside sales, preferably in the glass, construction, or building materials industry
- Proven experience in prospecting, closing, and
