Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing staff within our healthcare facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while providing leadership and support to our nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Shifts are 7a-7p 2 days a week and every other weekend, we offer an excellent benefit package after 60 days including medical, dental and vision insurance as well as other perks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of licensed practical nurses and PC Aides and MED TECHS
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Monitor patient care quality and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Participate in staffing schedules and manage resource allocation effectively

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing setting, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills
