Maintenance Supervisor

Olympic Multi-Family MGMT is a professional multi-family property management company seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Parkland Manor, in Tacoma, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team and a management company where your performance is recognized and rewarded.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Participate in all maintenance projects.
• Oversee the maintenance staff.
• Participate in after-hours emergency scheduling.
• Manage inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials.
• Assist the Manager in scheduling maintenance personnel, service requests, and other maintenance priorities.
• Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records for preventive maintenance, service requests, apartment make-ready, and periodic inspections.
• Inspect apartment interiors, building exteriors, and common areas (including pool and spa areas), performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed.
• Ensure maintenance rooms and other storage areas are locked, clean, and adequately lit.
• Stay informed about contracts and suppliers, their services, and goods.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Professional appearance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer/technology skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated maintenance skills
• Must live on-site

• AppFolio

• Paycom
