Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Salaried Position (We don't cut the hours)

Core Responsibilities at Colorado Physio Clinic

  • Deliver hands-on therapy under PT direction, implementing treatment plans and assisting with exercises and modalities.
  • Maintain ongoing, transparent communication about patient status, collaborating in case meetings and team check-ins to optimize care.
  • Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate instructions, fostering trust and longevity in the therapeutic relationship.
  • Contribute ideas, show initiative, and support a positive clinic culture built on respect and shared learning.

Desired Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited PTA program; eligible for Colorado PTA licensure.
  • Commitment to communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments where you help define success.
  • New grads and experienced PTAs welcome

Compensation & Benefits

  • We Offer Salaried Position to PTA
  • Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000/year (depending on experience).
  • PTO, health benefits including Dental and Vision, CEU support, Retirement plan

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
