About this Role
We are seeking a
Partner Manager (Logistics)
to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships with key partners. This position focuses on building impactful relationships, executing joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and ensuring measurable success for both the company and its partners. The Partner Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product to deliver value to partners and drive market share growth in the eCommerce landscape.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market Strategy
Drive partner-sourced revenue growth by developing and executing joint Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives with 3PL & Fulfilment partners.
- Own your portfolio of logistics and eCommerce partners, building pipeline and meeting booking targets through strategic collaboration.
Work closely with partners on co-selling, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration efforts.
Partner Enablement & Advocacy
Support internal sales teams in articulating the value of 3PL & Fulfilment partnerships, advocating for partner-driven solutions.
- Ensure partners are fully enabled on Swap's product roadmap, helping them maximise value for their clients.
- Track and monitor performance metrics tied to Swap's logistics & fulfilment partnerships.
