The family second and third-generation have worked hard since the company was founded in Cuba in the 1930's and after being established in US since the 1960's to ensure Hispanics keep Conchita products in their meals.

Besides our own barnds, we also represent and distribute other important brands in the market, as Badia Spices, Bauducco Wafers and Toasts, Rovira Crackers, Del Frutal Nectars and others.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Route Sales Representative to service a stablished route, while looking also for new sales opportunities . In this role, you will follow a set route every day and encourage our existing customers to order more of our products. While sales are important, customer service and relationship-building are more crucial in this position. You will service a variety of grocery and convenience stores, working with our portfolio of brands and establishing new accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow and visit a pre-assigned route
• Build relationships with each store
• Sell additional products to stores
• Track deliveries and sales

Requirements and Qualifications

• Sales experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A mobile device
• Physical strength and stamina

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year
