- Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, translating system behaviors into actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations during technology evaluations or ERP transitions to ensure integration, scalability and compatibility.
- Engage with vendors and third-party technology partners to resolve integration challenges, align on system capabilities, and optimize connector performance
Continuous Improvement & Future-State Design
- Leverage insights from trend data, AI analytics, and incident metrics to propose enhancements in integration design, automation, and error prevention.
- Recommend process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that streamline integration management across the organization.
- Contribute to the long-term integration roadmap by assessing new technologies or integration frameworks for fit and feasibility.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to develop AI-driven retry mechanisms, error-handling logic, and predictive alerting systems.
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of integration points, data flow, dependencies, and known failure scenarios.
- Produce concise yet comprehensive incident summaries, RCA reports, and operational health metrics (e.g., MTTR, error recurrence, uptime).
- Communicate integration health and improvement initiatives clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
