Operations Manager.

The
Operations Manager
will lead critical operational processes that ensure product availability, forecast accuracy, and compliance in the U.S. market. This role owns the full cycle of
forecasting, distributor purchase order approval, inventory management, regulatory compliance, pricing governance, and communication with global HQ
on production and logistics.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, experienced in supply chain or distributor management within alcohol/beverage/FMCG, and comfortable working cross-functionally.

This role is highly visible and essential for enabling the commercial team to scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Lead the U.S. demand planning process across all SKUs.
  • Build monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts aligned with commercial plans.
  • Analyze historical sales, seasonality, and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodology and tools.

Distributor PO Management & Inventory Control

  • Review and approve all distributor purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels across distributor warehouses; flag risks (stockouts, overstock, slow movers).
  • Coordinate allocation during constraints and ensure appropriate safety stock.
  • Lead inventory and PO tracking with distributors and internal sales teams.

Production & Supply Chain Communication with HQ

  • Serve as the main U.S. point of contact for Global Supply Chain.
  • Communicate demand plans, shipment priorities, and inventory needs.
  • Track production and delivery schedules; ensure accurate ETA updates.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Own all product registrations (COLAs, label approvals, formula filings, state registrations).
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for spirits.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and coordinate audits as needed.

Distributor Communication

  • Act as the operational liaison with distributors on POs, logistics, inventory issues, and pricing.
  • Support sales teams by ensuring distributors have accurate brand, pricing, and supply information.

VIP Products, Data Systems & Commercial Reporting

  • Lead all VIP product catalogue management, including new item setup, UPC and pricing accuracy, and activation across all distributors.
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date product data to support forecasting, supply chain planning, and commercial execution.
