We are seeking CDL-A drivers to join our regional fleet operating out of Odessa, TX. Drivers of all experience levels are encouraged to apply, including those with no prior driving experience. This role offers steady miles, reliable freight, and late-model equipment to support a strong and consistent driving career.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly earnings between $1,000–$1,500
• 2,500+ miles per week on average
• Monthly performance and safety incentives
• No-touch freight with primarily drop-and-hook loads
• Assigned 2023 or newer Freightliner Cascadia tractors

Primary Duties:

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely on regional routes
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs and documentation
• Adhere to all company policies and DOT safety regulations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch personnel

Position Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license and current DOT medical card
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug test
• No DUI/DWI violations in the past 5 years
• Consistent and verifiable work history
