What You'll Do:

  • Work on land development and site/civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
  • Design site grading, roadway geometry, potable water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, and related civil components.
  • Prepare plans, reports, and calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
  • Manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables to support successful project execution.
  • Coordinate permitting and entitlements with local and state agencies.
  • Communicate with clients, agencies, and internal teams to maintain project progress and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (EAC/ABET accredited).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) required.
  • 4–10 years of civil engineering and land development experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; WaterCAD/StormCAD/SewerCAD experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of site design, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Maryland's Eastern Shore is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with clients and team members.
