What You'll Do

As a Team Lead (Captain), you are the leader on each job. You'll represent our brand with professionalism while ensuring every client has a stress-free experience.

You'll gain hands-on experience in:

• Customer service & sales
• Leadership & coaching
• Logistics, planning & decision-making
• Problem-solving & communication

This is fast-paced, rewarding work where every day is different.

Responsibilities

• Lead your moving crew and set the example
• Deliver exceptional customer service (smile, eye contact, professionalism)
• Safely pack, move, load, and unload customer belongings
• Complete truck inspections & maintain equipment
• Make on-site decisions about packing, loading, and donation or disposal
• Sell packing materials and additional services (earn commission)
• Mentor and train new hires
• Ensure safety—driving, lifting, handling items, and on the job site
• Communicate with management throughout the day

Pay & Bonuses

You control your earnings. Most Team Leads earn $20+ per hour with bonuses.

Earn more through:

• Tips
• Material sales (boxes, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, etc.)
• "Junk on Move" sales
• Valuation/coverage sales
• Safe driving bonuses

What We're Looking For

• Valid Texas driver's license (REQUIRED for Team Lead roles)
• Your own reliable car to get to work
• Available weekends (required)
• Able to lift 75 lbs solo / 100+ lbs with a teammate
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Drug-free (random testing)
• Able to pass a background check
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great customer service skills
