Description
The Technical Implementation Manager (TIM) at TrueRoll plays a pivotal role in scaling client acquisition and success through technical excellence in onboarding and integration. TrueRoll's platform powers exemption processing and AI-native document workflows for assessors and related partners — and the TIM ensures that each new implementation translates into a seamless, reliable, and efficient client experience.
This role combines hands-on integration development with strategic onboarding execution. The TIM designs, codes, and manages integrations between TrueRoll and external systems such as client APIs, FTP/SFTP data pipelines, AWS S3, and third-party form solutions like Jotform. By building robust, repeatable workflows and collaborating across Customer Delivery, Product, and Engineering, the TIM helps drive faster onboarding, higher data quality, and scalable partner connectivity — ultimately enabling smoother adoption and long-term client retention.

- Create or adjust small scripts, example payloads, and test cases to support integration setup as needed.
- Maintain clear documentation and integration guides to ensure consistency and repeatability.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to feed onboarding feedback into platform enhancements and process improvements.
