JTEC is recruiting Mid-Senior Level Developers with expertise supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions development for our ongoing hiring needs. Qualified candidates will have development experience working with a variety of Oracle EBS modules in DoD environments. Techno-Functional experience with Air Force Financial Management (AF FM) systems is highly preferred.

Security Clearance: Current Secret

Location Note: This position will work remotely from a US-based location

Role and responsibilities include:

• Work as part of a collaborative team to build and deliver software products within a product line.
• Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.
• Identify and resolve software issues. Plan and execute the delivery process.
• Create and maintain commercially available software products.
• Support end-to-end project cycle and design, develop, and configure software systems to meet client requirements.
• Provide analysis and quality assurance including testing.
• Apply knowledge of Oracle technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship
• Current security clearance (secret level at a minimum)
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 12+ years of related experience supporting Oracle EBS development including:
• Design and build in Oracle EBS financial and supply chain modules
• Air Force solutions including Financial Management and Supply Chain modules
• Oracle Database 11g and/or later versions
• Design experience and development experience with PL/SQL
• Oracle EBS Forms Development/Personalization's Oracle Workflow
• Experience with BI Publisher
• Experience with Oracle reporting
• Ability to quickly learn information and get up to speed on multiple concurrently running tasks
• Effective English written and verbal communication skills to work with a collaborative government and contractor team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines

Preferred experience:

• Oracle EBS development with AF FM systems such as AF-IPPS, MRO, DEAMS
• Strong understanding of AF FM techno-functional architecture
