• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and apprentices involved in residential electrical projects.

• Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and provide guidance and solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors, builders, and clients to achieve project goals and meet customer expectations.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices to promote skill development and safety awareness.
• Prepare reports and keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in residential settings.
• Minimum of Journeyman Electrician license required.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, codes, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Comfortable using technology for project management and reporting purposes.
