THE ROLE

We are looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered solutions that transform how businesses manage inventory, manufacturing, and operations. In this role, you will define product strategy, shape the roadmap, and deliver intelligent tools—such as agentic workflows, predictive insights, and automated operations—that help our customers work smarter, faster, and with greater confidence.

You'll partner with engineering, design, data science, sales, and customers to bring innovative, AI-driven features to life in a modern cloud SaaS environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and champion the product vision for AI-powered inventory, manufacturing, and operations management.
  • Translate company objectives into a focused roadmap that balances customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage LLMs, predictive analytics, agentic automation, and real-time data to differentiate the product.
  • Leadership:
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product success.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in integration technologies, accounting practices, eCommerce platforms, and the evolving landscape of AI tools relevant to data integration and automation.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies that can be leveraged to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and user experience of our integration platform.
  • Product Discovery & Customer Insights:
  • Conduct deep customer research to understand workflows, pain points, and operational challenges.
  • Validate problems and solutions through customer interviews, prototypes, and rapid experimentation.
  • Stay ahead of industry, AI, and supply chain trends to guide strategic direction.
  • Execution & Delivery:
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Prioritize features using measurable customer impact, ROI, and data-driven insights.
  • Drive adoption of new features through enablement, demos, and go-to-market support.
  • AI & Data Integration:
  • Work with AI/ML engineering teams to implement AI models, agentic workflows, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection.
  • Evaluate and refine AI performance using product analytics and customer feedback.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices, data quality, and transparency in user-facing features.
  • Cross Functional Leadership:
  • Align stakeholders across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Support GTM efforts with product training, messaging, and launch materials.
  • Act as the champion of the customer experience across the organization.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS software (inventory, manufacturing, ERP, supply chain, or related strongly preferred).
  • Proven SaaS experience delivering data-driven or AI-enabled products with agile product development teams.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, workflow optimization, or supply chain processes.
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, valuable customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with or knowledge of specific AI/ML tools and platforms relevant to data processing and integration (e.g., natural language processing for data mapping, machine learning for anomaly detection).

QUALITIES

  • Customer-Centric - You understand customer needs and pain points, using data and direct feedback to guide decisions.
