Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site position
at our
Verizon Authorized Retail location in Phoenix, Arizona
.

customer-focused Sales Representatives
who enjoy helping people make confident decisions, solving real problems, and building relationships that last.

As a
Wireless Retail Sales Representative
, you will:

• Welcome and assist new and existing Verizon customers with a
  friendly, consultative approach
• Understand each customer's needs and priorities through
  active listening and thoughtful questions
• Translate technology into
  clear, personalized recommendations
  that truly fit the customer
• Guide customers confidently through their options—
  without pressure
  —delivering solutions that improve how they stay connected
• Build
  long-term relationships
  by ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and valued

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to
  communicate effectively and build strong customer relationships
• Self-motivation
  and the desire to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of—or willingness to learn—
  wireless technology and products
• Experience working in a
  retail environment
  is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
