Kitchen Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for Night Shift Kitchen Managers to supervise daily back of house operations. This role requires attention to details and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast paced enviroment.

**Responsibilities/Expectations:**

-Maintain night-time kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and proper ticket times. Maintain correct portion control while being mindful of waste

• Cross training kitchen staff on all stations, including carryout. Ensure carryout customers receive the same service/respect as the dining room

• Be able to lead the line through busy lunch/dinner service

• Maintain effective communications with front of house staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

• Assist in training new staff members and enforcing company policies

**Qualifications:**

• Two (2) years experience as a kitchen manager/supervisor preferred

• Able to work 40 plus hours a week including nights and weekends.

• Knowledge of various procedures and familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time

• Reliable transportation and dependability with a good work ethic

• Valid ServSafe Certification preferred

• Knowledge of PLCB laws

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
