Duties

• Utilize learning technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and educational staff to support student development and address any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and childhood development trends.
• Organize library services and resources to encourage reading and research skills among students.

Skills

• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Proficient in classroom management techniques that foster a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
• Ability to tutor students individually or in small groups to reinforce concepts taught in class.
• Knowledge of education administration processes related to curriculum development and student assessment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity with literacy education strategies that promote reading comprehension and fluency among young learners.
