We're Hiring

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to supervise the daily operations of our office and handle billing tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office processes, manage administrative duties, and assist team members in reaching their objectives. This role demands excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Duties

  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Billing
  • Manage clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of medical coding and billing processes
  • Proficiency in using accounting software for data entry and reporting
  • Coordinate training development programs for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences to foster team collaboration.
  • Maintain calendar management for executives and team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist with schedule management to ensure optimal use of resources across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or an administrative position is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in medical billing or a related area.
  • Proficient understanding of medical coding and billing procedures.
  • Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on teamwork.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Familiarity with training development processes is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
