JOB DESCRIPTION
The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team powers mission-critical applications for leading enterprises worldwide, delivering hyper-scale, multi-tenant services in more than 50 regions. We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong passion for supply chain excellence to lead our Rack Ingestion Program, supporting OCI's rapid growth through scalable hardware deployment and provisioning solutions.

In this role, you will focus on optimizing rack ingestion and provisioning processes—overseeing the development and execution of provisioning that ensure our infrastructure can efficiently meet current and future demands for our customer. You will spearhead process improvement initiatives in rack redeployment, driving alignment across OCI Infrastructure Ordering and Supply Chain teams.

As a strategic leader within the Rack Ingestion Program, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Delivery teams. Your deep business acumen, analytical prowess, and creative problem-solving skills will be vital in developing innovative solutions that enhance infrastructure operations, maximize hardware utilization, and support OCI's business outlook.
