We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Picker in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in our logistics and fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled. If you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and enjoy being physically active, this position is ideal for you. Your responsibilities will include accurately locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves based on order manifests, checking items for any defects or discrepancies, and consolidating picked items for the packing station. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also essential for optimal workflow and safety. This role involves significant walking, standing, and lifting throughout your shift. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees are required to strictly follow safety protocols and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety vests and gloves. Responsibilities:
- Select products from warehouse shelves according to order details.
- Ensure accuracy in product selection and quantity.
- Scan items as required and update inventory records.
- Prepare picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain tidiness and order in the picking area.
- Comply with all safety regulations and use of PPE.
- Previous order picking experience is desirable.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics operations.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
