We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial to our daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must adhere strictly to all safety protocols. Responsibilities include performing routine checks on the forklift equipment before and after use, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting with inventory management tasks as needed. Attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety are paramount. This position requires strong physical stamina and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We value individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with different types of forklifts and warehouse management systems is a plus. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working in various temperature conditions. - Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Must wear appropriate PPE.
