Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, Virginia! We are seeking dedicated individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our bustling distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics hub. Your responsibilities will span receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workplace. You will be expected to handle various types of merchandise, operate equipment safely, and contribute to meeting daily operational goals. We value safety above all else and expect all associates to adhere to strict safety guidelines and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Store inventory in designated locations using proper methods.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
  • Utilize all required PPE at all times.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to perform manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Contribute positively to the overall Logistics flow.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including Lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of Safety best practices is essential.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
