About
Become a key player in our operations as a Picker/Packer at our Richmond, Virginia facility. This role is integral to our logistics chain, focusing on accurately selecting customer orders and preparing them for shipment. You will be responsible for efficiently locating items in the warehouse, ensuring correct quantities are picked, and then carefully packing them for safe transit. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess good organizational skills, and have the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include using scanning equipment, verifying order details, and preparing packages for dispatch. We place a strong emphasis on safety; all employees must adhere to safety guidelines and wear the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position involves significant walking, standing, and frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred. A strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
