Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on pick lists or system instructions.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within established timeframes.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and security.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Strong commitment to safety and following all established procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
