Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on pick lists or system instructions.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Load and unload trucks as required.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within established timeframes.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and security.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
  • Strong commitment to safety and following all established procedures.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
