Our busy logistics hub in Miami, Florida is seeking enthusiastic Order Pickers! If you're a motivated individual with a sharp eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment, playing a critical role in our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to track picks and update inventory.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to safety and proper lifting techniques.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
