Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and store items appropriately.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets and scanners.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product safety for transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Follow all established safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely as trained.
- Meet productivity goals and contribute to overall team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts if needed.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
