Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play an important part in our overall logistics chain, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and all employees are required to follow established procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). We value teamwork and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Wear and maintain assigned PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capability of performing moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety .
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to wear and properly use required PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
