Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure the proper use of PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, utilizing safe lifting techniques.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment issues.
- Contribute to team efforts and support other warehouse functions as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics and safety procedures.
- Understand and implement best practices for material handling to minimize risk of injury.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and contribute to a culture of safety awareness throughout the facility.
- Be prepared for physical demands, including significant standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure all operational targets are met within set timelines.
