About
We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our state-of-the-art warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in managing the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. This dynamic role involves picking, packing, kitting, and sometimes light assembly of products. You will be trained on various warehouse technologies and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential. This position is at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. We emphasize a culture of safety, requiring all associates to use appropriate PPE and follow strict safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists or scanners.
- Pack items appropriately for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Perform kitting and light assembly tasks as required.
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent work practices.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.
