About
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am‑5pm (40 hour week).
Key duties and responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, FCUs).
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably.
Perform routine checks, inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing.
Ensure all work meets F‑Gas and industry compliance standards.
Respond to breakdowns quickly and professionally to minimise downtime.
Keep accurate maintenance records and update job sheets and reports.
Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of service.
Identify improvement opportunities and recommend upgrades where needed.
Requirements:
Possess relevant and up‑to‑date F‑Gas and NVQ Level 2 qualification.
Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.
A continuous history of employment within the HVAC stitches industry.
Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plans.
Manage their own time, work, and paperwork.
Capable of building long‑term relationships with clients both Spaces and prospective.
Positive attitude, flexible in approach to hours, and a willingness to solve problems on site.
Full UK driving licence.
