Contract DevOps Engineer - AWS DevOps Location: UK Remote (Must be UK based, with full right to work) Contract Type: £550pd INSIDE IR35 - Immediate Start Available WRK digital are delighted to be shortlisting for Contract DevOps Engineers with strong AWS and DevOps capabilities working across modern cloud infrastructure including AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and configuration management tools. The Role You'll be working as part of a high-performing agile team within the NHS, building and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, compliance, and automation. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Contract Platform Engineer with deep AWS expertise and experience delivering infrastructure solutions in regulated environments. What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure and platform services
Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing
Ensure infrastructure meets standards for security, compliance, observability, and cost optimisation
Work with infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation) to enable repeatable, version-controlled deployments
Support application teams with container orchestration, monitoring, and platform tooling
Enable rapid platform modernisation with minimal service disruption
Engage with technical and business stakeholders to determine infrastructure requirements (consultancy experience highly valued). The contract is an initial engagement until the end of March with this UK-based team working remote first. You must be comfortable working INSIDE IR35 for this engagement. TPBN1_UKTJ
