Runcorn plus flexible Hybrid Working from Home. Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000 DOE

The Opportunity As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will take technical ownership of embedded software development across the business. Acting as the software authority, you will define architecture, set development standards and ensure software quality, documentation and regulatory compliance meet medical‑grade expectations.
You will work closely with hardware, systems, verification and regulatory teams, playing a central role in delivering products for hospitals, critical care wards and frontline clinical environments. This is a key role within a growing medical device organisation, where your decisions will directly influence both product performance and patient outcomes.
