Manchester City Centre Salary: £45,000 (negotiable) team override commission Reporting to: Director About the Role A high'‘growth recruitment business in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its new business function. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast'‘paced environment, knows how to build a winning sales culture, and has a proven track record of driving revenue through BDM and SDR teams. What You'll Be Doing Developing the sales strategy, sector focus, and revenue plan Leading, coaching, and developing a team of BDMs and SDRs Monitoring performance, activity levels, and pipeline discipline Setting pricing strategy and approving commercial agreements Owning forecasting and ensuring accurate reporting Working closely with operations to build scalable delivery models Targets & KPIs Team New Business Revenue: £100,000 per month Activity Compliance: - 90% Forecast Accuracy: - 85% Average Margin: - 18% Ramp Time: New hires productive within 8 weeks What You'll Bring - 5 years' recruitment sales experience, including leadership A strong track record of hitting and exceeding new business targets Commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills Ability to build, motivate, and scale a high'‘performing team Commission & Bonus Structure Quarterly bonus tied to team revenue and margin performance - 3-5% override on revenue generated above team target Additional 1% override on revenue from strategic accounts Ready to Lead a High'‘Performing Sales Team?
