Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to track inventory and orders.
- Pack selected items carefully to ensure they are protected during transit.
- Stage picked orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking quotas and ensure smooth Logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Capacity for manual dexterity and accuracy in handling items.
- Willingness to perform tasks that may involve some Lifting of up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and instructions.
- Must wear required PPE .
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
