We have an exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in our busy distribution center located in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations by accurately fulfilling customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include selecting items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, carefully packing them for shipment, and ensuring all items are correctly identified and accounted for. Maintaining a safe working environment is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to safety guidelines and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent lifting, reaching, and standing. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, organized, and committed to meeting performance targets. Responsibilities:

- Participate in inventory counts as needed.

- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent lifting and physical dexterity.
