Join our expanding team as a Warehouse Associate in our state-of-the-art facility located in Tampa, Florida. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and safety. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You will be working with a diverse range of products, utilizing warehouse equipment and technology to support our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including lifting and moving items.
- Support logistics functions and contribute to overall warehouse productivity.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Understanding of basic warehouse and logistics principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
