This role is essential to the smooth operation of our logistics network, encompassing a wide range of duties from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure that our products are stored and dispatched efficiently and safely. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess the physical capability for tasks involving significant Lifting. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to Safety are key. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Sort and organize inventory accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Use required PPE at all times during operations.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work area.
