We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Store goods in designated locations using appropriate methods.
- Pick items from inventory accurately based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves, as necessary.
- Support the overall logistics operations and assist team members as required.
Requirements:
Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not always required; we value a strong willingness to learn. A diligent approach to tasks and an unwavering commitment to Safety are paramount. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess good communication skills.
