About
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Provo, Utah. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the highest standards of Safety. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, optimizing storage, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. You will play a key part in our logistics strategy, driving process improvements and maintaining a productive work environment. A thorough understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices in inventory control is essential. You will be responsible for enforcing all company policies, including strict adherence to Safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by your team. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. While primarily a supervisory role, some physical activity may be involved, including occasional Lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities.
- Ensure efficient workflow and optimize space utilization.
- Enforce all Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Monitor productivity and implement measures for improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement logistics strategies.
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts effectively.
- Foster a positive and safe working environment for the team.
