About
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be involved in various warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will contribute to the efficient functioning of our warehouse and ensure that all goods are handled with care and accuracy. This position is crucial to our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring that our products reach their destinations smoothly. You will work in a team-oriented environment, supporting the overall productivity and success of the warehouse. Your commitment to Safety and efficiency will be key to this role. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse projects.
- Be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and follow all logistics and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Must be able to follow Safety procedures and wear PPE.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting.
- Familiarity with logistics is advantageous.
