About
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment. This involves using order pick lists or electronic scanning devices to identify products and their locations. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures is paramount. We provide comprehensive training and expect all team members to utilize the designated PPE at all times. The ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs is essential. This position is a key component of our overall Logistics operation, contributing directly to the smooth flow of goods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders according to pick lists or scanner.
- Identify and locate products within the warehouse.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning Safety .
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
