What we’d like to see on your CV
Around 10 years of deep, hands‑on technology expertise.
Confident leading high‑value engagements (£10M+), managing large teams (15+ designers), and solving problems proactively.
You put the customer first—understanding their needs and aligning the right solutions to deliver real value.
Always looking for smarter ways to work, challenging processes, and embracing innovation.
Strong team player who understands the importance of cross‑functional delivery.
Skilled in commercial discussions and problem‑solving across the customer journey—never settling for less than the right outcome.
Clear, confident communicator who can engage at all levels, present solutions with impact, and handle commercial and service discussions effectively.
Expert at mapping, managing, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders—internally and externally, including C‑level executives.
