We are working exclusively with a fast growing mobile advertising technology business backed by a global marketing group. They build premium mobile ad experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands using bespoke creative technology and transparent performance analytics.
The business has scaled rapidly over the last year and is now investing in senior data leadership to move from manual reporting into a more automated, product driven analytics function.
This role sits at the heart of product and engineering and is focused on enabling teams across the business through scalable reporting, data automation, and trusted insight.
The Role You will lead the data and analytics function with ownership of reporting, pipelines, and data quality across the organisation. This is a hands on leadership role with responsibility for delivery, stakeholder alignment, and evolving the data platform.
You will manage a small team of 2 including 1 Analytics professional and 1 Data Engineer who owns the data warehouse and data quality. The focus of the team is building scalable solutions rather than BAU support.
This role reports directly into the CPTO and works closely with Product and Engineering.
Key Focus
Enable automation of reporting across the business
Own dashboards and operational analytics
Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and documentation
Lead and mentor a growing data team
Support digital transformation initiatives across product and engineering
Act as the bridge between technical teams and commercial stakeholders

What We Are Looking For
Strong experience in data or analytics engineering
People management or lead capacity
Strong SQL and Python skills
Experience working with cloud data platforms ideally GCP
Background in product led or engineering driven environments
Experience in high data volume industries
Digital or data transformation experience is highly desirable
AdTech experience is a nice to have but not essential
Strong coaching and mentoring capability
