About

*Overview*
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our orthopedic care team. This position starts part-time with potential to transition to full-time based on practice growth and performance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, skilled in orthopedic rehabilitation, and eager to work in a supportive, physician-led environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical therapy needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions
* Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions
* Treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
* Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
* Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and medical staff
* Maintain thorough documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
*Qualifications:*
* Current Hawaii Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
* Doctorate (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred
* Knowledge in therapy CPT codes (97161-97164, 97110, 97112, 97116, 97140, 97530, etc.)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player with compassionate, patient-focused approach
* Ability to work with diverse patient populations
* Flexible availability preferred
