At John Smedley, we dont just make garments we craft timeless pieces of history. Now, we're looking for a driven and passionate Team Leader to join our 1st Make Up / Press Department the heartbeat of our production floor.
What Youll Do:
We're looking for a Team Leader to oversee our First Make Up and Press Departments.
As a Team Leader, youll guide and support a talented team, ensuring we maintain the unmatched quality, heritage, and craftsmanship that define the John Smedley name. From managing workflow and hitting production targets, to solving problems and inspiring others, you'll be a key player in making sure every garment meets our world-class standards.
Your Impact:
Lead & motivate your team to deliver quality, on time, every time
Drive production forward through smart planning and coordination
Champion safety, best practice and continuous improvement
Track Performance and share insights to push us to do even better
Foster collaboration across teams, keeping communication clear and morale high

Experience in manufacturing or production environment (knitwear a bonus!)
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
