The Warehouse Coordinator will manage daily tasks, supervise staff, optimize workflow, and ensure compliance with all company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE. You will be instrumental in streamlining receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, contributing significantly to our logistics success. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle occasional physical demands, including Lifting up to 50 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Implement and enforce Safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and other logistics partners.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Champion a culture of Safety and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field preferred.
- Significant experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics management.
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including occasional Lifting.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
