Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate in Chicago, Illinois! We are looking for motivated individuals to assist in the daily operations of our distribution center. This role is critical to our logistics network, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and extended periods of standing and walking. Experience with material handling equipment is a plus, though training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
  • Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Contribute to efficient logistics operations through diligent work.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and follow Safety guidelines.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
