Job Summary:
Our facility in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and orders are prepared for shipment with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch and assist with loading trucks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and utilize required PPE .
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and support overall logistics .

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to high performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics .
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety procedures.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
